Mission:

Our mission is to be the most respected and successful veteran-owned business in healthcare as viewed by our customers and employees.

Ownership:

Alliant Healthcare Products is a privately held medical manufacturer. The company is a Veteran Owned Small Business and is solely owned by Bob Taylor. Mr. Taylor was an active duty Navigator/Bombardier in B-52’s and flew 11 combat missions during the Gulf War where he earned prestigious Air Force’s Air Medal.

Alliant Healthcare Products is a Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB) that designs, develops, manufactures and markets products for the U.S. healthcare market. Alliant Healthcare also provides custom assembly, packaging and manufacturing for acute care hospitals, government and original equipment (OEM) for private label customers. The market focus of the company is directed primarily towards the cardiovascular, gastrologic, urologic devices markets and OEM customers.

Alliant Healthcare formally began manufacturing operations on September 1, 2002. Alliant Healthcare is now positioned to utilize its engineering, marketing and manufacturing expertise to become a significant provider of low cost, high quality healthcare products.

The management team is rich with experience. Bob Taylor – CEO, 23 Years of professional business experience, proven track record of success in the healthcare industry. Steve Nederhoed – Vice President of Sales, 18 years in healthcare sales, marketing, distribution and sales training management. Taura Perrin – Controller, 13 years of extensive financial and operational experience, Senior Technology Consultant. Beth Holt – Production Manager, 25 years experience of lean manufacturing experience.

In addition, Alliant Healthcare has extensive contract packaging expertise. The company utilizes “Shop Floor Management”. The system provides the company with several critical advantages. “Quick Change” combined with “Modular Manufacturing” techniques create maximum flexibility and the ability to drive cost out of manufacturing products. Our FDA registered facility allows “plug and play” capability for a wide array of projects.

The company utilizes its sales force of over 50 sales representatives to promote and sell 25 comprehensive product lines including: Alliant TruChoice™ Branded: Foley Catheters and Kits, Temperature Monitoring Devices, Electrosurgical Pencils, Perfusion Accessories and BaroVac® Wound Drainage Systems.

Because of the Veteran Owned Small Business status, Alliant Healthcare has a unique opportunity to help prime contractors meet the demands of the Government. Any company contracted for more than $500,000 with the U.S. Government must submit a subcontract plan prior to being awarded the contract. These subcontracts are required to include VOSBs. These goals are expected to significantly emphasize the special relationship between the US Government and veterans. There has been no other time in our nation’s history when incentives were so strong for doing business with companies under veteran ownership.
